By accessing or using our website or the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these, please refrain from using our Services.

2. Eligibility

You warrant that you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction, and possess the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement. Using the Services on behalf of a company or entity means you represent and warrant you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

You must register an account to access certain Services.
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Services and Pricing

Our Services include AI-powered marketing automation tools such as Voice AI Agent, Chatbot, Messaging, Funnels, Scheduling, and Analytics.
Pricing tiers (Standard, Professional, Premium) are listed on our website, including setup fees (e.g., £197 Standard, £297 Professional, £497 Premium) and monthly subscription fees. Discounted setup and onboarding services may apply when purchasing a yearly plan.
We reserve the right to modify pricing or features; notice of changes will be provided before they take effect.

5. Billing & Payment

Subscription fees are charged monthly (or annually, at your election).
Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of your account.
All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or expressly stated.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
Use automated systems like bots to scrape data without our consent.

7. Intellectual Property

Consequent AI retains ownership of all materials, software, trademarks, and content.
You may only use our intellectual property if granted explicit permission or under license.
If you submit feedback, we may use it without restriction or compensation.

8. Third-Party Integrations

Responsibility for usage compliance lies with you, and your use is subject to both third-party terms and ours.

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees you’ve paid in the 12 months prior to any claim.

13. Term and Termination

These Terms commence on your first use and continue until terminated.

Upon termination, you lose access to the Services, and any unpaid fees remain payable.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Consequent AI is headquartered (e.g. England and Wales, if applicable—verify according to your location).
For any disputes, parties agree to attempt resolution informally before pursuing arbitration or court.

15. Amendments

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days before implementation.
Continued use after changes means acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the full agreement and supersede prior agreements.
Severability: If any part is found invalid, it will not affect the remainder.
Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
